Hotel and Dinner Information
New Haven Hotel
We have secured 50 rooms at the New Haven Hotel in downtown New Haven. The hotel is located at 229 George Street, New Haven CT 06510. Rooms may be booked at the reduced rate ($189 per night) Friday through Sunday (April 14-16). The hotel has agreed to hold these rooms until March 15th, 2023, however we suggest booking early to ensure you get a room at the discounted rate. On-site parking is $24 per night. Please call the hotel directly at 203-498-3100 or email Jamie Chin the sales manager (jamielee.chin@aimhosp.com) to make reservations and mention you are attending the HBM 2023 meeting.

Dinner
The dinner will be held on April 15th at the Elm City Club (The Graduate Club), located at 155 Elm St and walking distance from the New Haven Hotel. This dinner is included with in-person registration.​
